Taking a while to get to 5000

On paper, a dull looking series. Might be good though.
Wonder if the Wild have the same trouble with Oettinger that Calgary had last year? Anyway, Stars in 6

This is going to be a flipped script for Dallas. They'll be the ones outplayed the Wild but struggling to get goals behind Gustavsson. Ottenger will be the guy not seeing much action under pressure to make saves without seeing a lot of action.
But without Eriksson-Ek I think the Wild won't have the horses to keep up with Dallas all the way. Stars win in 7, and Dean Evason looks like he wants to kill someone the entire time.
Looking back it's a bit surprising that Dallas was only a 7 seed last year as they have young stud goaltender, young stud #1 defenseman, and a couple of young guys who can score 40 or more up front. Add in some vets like Pavelski, Benn, and Seguin the latter two overpaid but still able to offer something and it's a team that's pretty deep.

Robertson was a bit of a no show against Calgary (Pavelski was his normal annoying self)

Robertson has 18 points in his last 10 games. He's ramping up at the right time.

Robertson is also 23 and that was his first playoff series. Not every player lights it up in the playoffs right away

Stars in 6, Oettinger will shut Minnesota down. Neutralize Kaprizov and that takes a good chunk of the offense away.

It's good to see Pavelski can go annoy the hell out of the Wild!
