Default April 14, just two games.

The Friday OOT goes into overtime for the regular season as
these two games were postponed from earlier this season.
The Sabres could not get out of Buffalo from a massive snowstorm
and the Predators arena had a watermain burst and flooded the arena.

Here is the link to the satellite radio channels for tonight's games. https://www.siriusxm.ca/live-sports/nhl/

This is the final OOT of the regular season.

Just like Cheese said about his GDTs, I would like to thank everyone for taking the time to check out and post on the OOTs this season and for correcting mistakes. It is always enjoyable to do these.

The venting, complaining (about TV networks) , commentary, debating, cheering, and bitching, is what it is all about.

Thanks to Tsawwassen for doing the weekend OOTs and Bingo for this forum.

Let's get the playoff party started!

The Avalanche must win in any fashion to clinch first place in the Central Division and the #2 seed in the western conference. The Stars have the tie breaker in regulation wins.

NHL always really tends to mess this up.

Feel like they should have had playoff games on Saturday and Sunday at least. Regular season should have closed on Wednesday at the latest.

That's not correct. Avs can clinch the Central Division but the best they can do in terms of the West is 3rd in terms of points. Vegas won the conference last night and Edmonton is 2nd in the Pacific Division and conference. Colorado can win the Central but the best they can do is 3rd in the conference.

Saturday should've been the closing night of the season, or opening night of the playoffs.

Saturday is hockey day, as Sunday is football day. This was a miss this season.

Sabres game is meaningless for Buffalo and Columbus really should be trying to lose at this point (they'll have a 4% better shot at Bedard if they lose in regulation vs. if they win)

Gaudreau is going to push them from best odds for Bedard, to 4th best odds by winning these last two games.

Will be interesting if they win from the 4th spot

Avs score on the first shot. Tipped/seeing eye.

EDIT: scored on third shot as well. Mackinnon skated through everyone. 40 goals even with his injury

Preds score on their first shot, LOL. But the preds are absolutley under seige. The Avs are globetrottering them.

Avs are all over them - 15-1 shots on goal.

Rantanen left the game on a dirty hit.

EDIT: Rantanen made it back for a shift at the end of the period. I think he went to the quiet room.

The final 2 series are all but set.

Avs-Kraken - Avs take it in 6.

Stars-Wild - No Eriksson Ek to start this series... Stars take advantage to gain a quick 2-0 series lead, and end up winning the series in 7.

Preds score again - on their 6th shot. It's a 3-2 game that has no business being close.

Well, if the Avs end up in a head to head match with the Oilers, they're gonna get lit up with this kind of tending...
