Head Phones
I need head phones.
I need one I can wear on calls at work, but also while running.
Any suggestions?
The Apple Airpods don't stay sat in my ears they fall out all the time.

I've had these Bose SoundSport ones for a couple years now; I love 'em. Got them because they were cheaper than AirPods, and the sound quality is amazing. They do have the cord that goes behind your head, but they haven't fallen out, once - and I weight train and run with these things on. Battery is very decent too. Paid about $135 for them in 2020. Highly recommend.

After seeing a review for them on LTT, I bought the LG Tone Free FP9s and I friggin' love them. They have three different earpiece sizes so I switched to the ones that would stay in my ears during workouts and runs, and I've been really happy with them.

If you’re running or exercising outdoors, I wouldn’t use noise-cancelling headphones.

Agreed.
The Aftershokz don't have noise canceling sound, it's noise canceling mic. It's bone conducting sound and you can hear all sounds around you as well as hear your music while outdoors.
UCB didn't mention if he would work out, run or walk indoors or outdoors, but I think most of us have correctly assumed he will be occasionally outdoors.

The LGs can adjust the noise cancelling, so you can use full isolation indoors, and switch to a setting that allows you to hear conversations, road noise, etc. It's really slick.

These ones?
I'm concerned I drop them or they would fall out.
Is this a problem you have encountered?

I don't know if I have ####ed up ear openings, but more "bud" earphones have trouble staying in.

Yeah, I know the struggle. I can basically only use ear buds if I am at a desk. Any form of physical activity and movement and I'll have to adjust them back in regularly.
If you can wiggle your ears, that might be part of it. Another is how dry or oily the inside of your ears are. Another aspect is paranoia. I know I always think the buds might be loose and I'll make sure to adjust it every 5-15 minutes, even if they aren't loose. I just don't feel confident they won't fall out.
Appropriate sized silicone tips help a lot, but they work basically because of friction. If you have a lot of dusty ear wax or oily ear wax, efficacy goes down. Over the ear is the only type of headphone I've ever used over ear headphones for working out.

These headphones are great too. I have the older model, so I don't know how this one has been improved. I don't have the ambient sound feature. I found that noise isolating headphones often have a light thud when my foot impacts the ground when running, the Sonys I had amplified this I assume because of the band behind the neck. It wasn't too annoying once I got used to it, but I can see why people complained. The Aftershokz didn't have this issue, but these Sony ones were superior in other ways as well. Because they're waterproof, it was always extra awesome and special to continue using them during my cool down. Waterproof meant that I could continue wearing them while showering (part of the cool down) which IMO is ultra awesome.
