Don't think it was him, i haven't seen the highlight. He last played in the 2021 Olympics at first base and is now retired.

Odd tie breaker. What was the first one? You'd think it would be run differential would come intonplay before runs against.

Edit...head to head record...not much use when everyone is 2-2. Didn't Canada, US, and Mexico all end up 2-1 in the first one and Csnada lost because we got obliterated by Estabsn Loiza and the Mexicans like 12-1.

Yup, but IIRC, once Canada gave up the 3rd run, it was over. This is why using just one element of runs allowed and not run differential is dumb.

Can you imagine if soccer used goals allowed as a tiebreaker? Nobody would be able to score!
