Fair price for a guy who wasn’t fitting in Nashville.

I wonder who actually is left to lace up for the Preds now though, lots of guys moving out.

Wow... Every team but the Flames. Good addition for the Pens. I've always liked Granlund. The east has absolutely loaded up.

Not a great deal for Pittsburgh. Granlund is washed.

Grandlund is a nifty player with great hands and vision but his lack of footspeed has always limited his ceiling to an ok second liner. Surprised Nashville were able to get a second for him, still has two more years left his deal at five million per.

9 foals 27 assists probably playing a 2md or 3rd line role?

Good grief - he’s got two years left at $5M?

Why would the Penguins…that’s just a baffling decision.

I actually think Granlund will pop on a more offensive geared team like Pittsburgh.

I have heard Boeser is likely a summer deal now.

If the Flames flipped Toffoli for a 1st and 2nd then flipped a 2nd for Boeser with some retention I think it would be a positive move for Calgary

Seems like a decent fit to be honest. Penguins are good at getting production out of players who have hit a skid

64pts last year and on pace for 51 pts this year. Reasonable move.

they have now added two 1sts, three 2nds, a 3rd, two 4ths and a 5th, along with a late 1st round prospect (Schaefer) and a young defenseman (Foote). Might not be done, either.

bit envious about their conviction, not going to lie. They saw their group wasn't up to it, so instead of settling for mediocrity, they blew it up. Sure, an unexpected fleecing like the Jeannot deal helps, but good on them. These moves will also free up minutes for young guys like Tomasino and Glass, so that'll be a bonus going forward.
