Sigh... still can't complete a 3rd period comeback.
The Flames are seriously running out of runway now. They are completely incapable of stringing more than 2 wins together at this point, ffs.
and now the schedule gets a bit tougher...
This has been by far the most frustrating season I can remember.

That Kadri play at the end is pretty telling. At least Huberdeau makes the effort to break up the goal.
Another game where our two big off-season acquisitions can’t muster a big goal when it matters.

Should Markstrom have had that 4th goal? I’m not objective anymore. I just see fault with everything he does which isn’t good. But maybe he can stop that pass coming across?

This is the team.
Win a game, lose a game, stay comfortably in that bubble spot. Will they/won’t they? We won’t know until game 80, and if we miss we’ll get told by whatever management team is in place that the team was right there, and that whatever overpaid UFA we manage to snag will be the difference maker.
If the Flames management were being honest with themselves, they’d sell.
Even if they sneak in, Markstrom and Vladar aren’t the goalies you need.
