Default Same-Building Movers?

We are in a position where we will soon have to move my parents from one unit in a condo complex to another unit in the same complex (up a few floors). We have decided to hire professional movers who will pack/unpack as well.

Any recommendations?

The new goggles also do nothing.

I recently had King Size moving off of Kijiji move some furniture for me and they were good, but I don't know if they pack/unpack.

I also recently used https://relocatestressfree.com/ for some moving and they were very professional and good to deal with, and they say they do packing on their website.

One time when I relocated cities I hired a couple guys to unload the Uhaul when we arrived...can't remember how I found them but there are definitely guys out there who will move furniture/etc on the weekends at a simple hourly rate

We did a reno and moved everything into our garage. I used a company called 'A1 Movers & Haulers' to move the heavy stuff into the garage and back into the house a couple of months later... the guys were great, wrapped and took care of all our stuff and even remembered where most of it went when they moved us back in.

My brother-in-law used him later for a move and had no complaints either.

They don't have a website (just google reviews if you search), but the guy's name is Tom and his number is 403-701-0531... I think I paid $100... maybe $125 an hour and they had a minimum of 2 hours.
