Pretty certain his torrid start solidified this decision. Congrats kiddo!

Saw him play on Friday night in Prince George. He carried the play and was one of the best players on the ice! He made a nice snipe to help the Thunderbirds win 5-4. I hope we see him in a Flames jersey in the coming years.

Side note: Also saw Tij Iginla and it was clear he was younger but still had a few good rushes.

If he could turn into a middle six power forward type, it'd be a welcome compliment to the smaller forward prospect group.

I think it more likely bottom six or tweener, but who knows I guess.

I have Austin Carrol PTSD when it comes to scoring in over age years in the WHL.

I was just looking at that Seattle roster. Everyone is from Canada except for 1 swiss guy. Is that normal that there are no Americans?

Well the good news is that Lucas Ciona is not currently an overage player.

No for sure ... should have put that (post draft year), and a bump in production after.

He is D+2

First of the 2021 crop to get a contract, ahead of fellow juniors Huckins, Whynot, Jordan and Beck.
