If there was any hope for the Jets prior to today, there isn't now.

Ominous Flames is correct, the Jets are done. The Panthers are scoring two goals period as they lead 6-1.

It was scoreless until the third period in Montreal. The Islanders have scored a pair of goals 104 seconds apart and lead 2-0. The shots are 39-15 for the Habs. Sororkin is working o an impressive shutout.

I haven't paid much attention to the Jets this year, but I am surprised that they took a step back this year especially with the way Connor is playing. Was Maurice that big of a difference, or was it the Dubois/Laine trade?
On paper, they should be a good team. Maybe a little light on defense, but not terrible.

Lots of issues.

-Helley's had a bad year
-Our D continues to be play and be bad, we've had the same D coach the entire 2.0 (Huddy). Unbelievable.
-Scheifele has played very much below his standards, lazy
-Same with Wheeler

PLD has actually been really awesome. Not huge numbers but plays big heavy and the right way, night in and night out
