[OOT] April 10 with seven games.

The Sunday OOT will be entertaining as there are 3 games that have both teams in a playoff spot. There are 4 games
involving western conf. teams. The Kings, Predators, and Stars are barely hanging on to their positions.
Believe it or not, there are only 3 weeks left until the end of the regular season.

I think the odds of this happening are better than the Knights taking the 2nd wildcard. But either scenario is fine.

For me, just that. Sneak in, ice a full line up, sweep the Oilers. It makes no sense for a non-Vegas fan to hope they sneak in, but my hatred for the Oilers trumps logic.

I’d rather not play them in the second round, I’d take LA/Edmonton any day.

I know around here it’s blasphemy to say this, but I would love to see a Calgary/Edmonton playoff series for the first time in my life, especially when I think we have a far superior team.

Dallas and Los Angeles both have a couple of big games tonight if they want to hold off the VGK. Wild start a pretty hectic stretch of 12 games in 20 days to finish the season including 9 in their last 14. By the time they play the Flames on the 28th, they'll likely be a pretty worn out group.

Say Calgary beats the WC1 in the first round., but Vegas beats Colorado in the first round. Who would Calgary play in the second round? The winner of the 2-3 Pacific series or the Pacific WC team?

If Calgary wins the division and round one they will play the winner of the Pacific series (LA/Edmonton)

Kings jumped out to a 3-0 lead, but two quick goals late get the Wild back to within 3-2 after 1. Raise your hand if you bet money on Adrian Kempe to top 30 goals this year. Previous career high had been 16, and 14 in 56 paces at about 20. So he's really blown up this year.
