I’m wondering if this would work as a thread. I am sure we are all exposed to a variety of fundraisers and auctions in our lives, perhaps a single place to share these may result in more exposure.
The spirit of this thread should be for sharing these.

My Aunt on Vancouver Island has asked for some help. Most items are small things based around the central island but there is a one week vacation rental in Fairmont Hot Springs currently available for $400.
