Fire 51 shots at the Kings and still lose. Seems about right.

As expected playoff warrior Teddy Bluegar steps up and pots the winner midway through the 1st period. Ex Isle Mackenzie Weegar was huge in this one adding a goal and an assist in a big game 1 win.

Kings kill off 8 of 9 penalties for the win.

Stats of the game. Brandon Tanev with 10 shots on goal for the Sharks, and Radim Simek (makes Brett Ritchie look like an elite goalscorer) with the overtime winner.

Question : Are player ratings on the site up to date for this game, to keep an eye on exhaustion and such? Also are playoff stats and standings tracked, or do we do that on our own?

Very happy with our performance with 52 shots. Need to tighten it up defensively a bit

Starting goalies both stank on ice. Fairly close game but don't like that it was a shootout.

Happy to get out of the gate with the win. Game was closer than the 4-2 score shows. Almost identical shots and hits. Glad to get out without any injuries. PP went 2 for 5 and was the difference.

We aren't surprised we lost game one. Surprised Vas got outplayed by Biddington though. Otherwise this was a really close game where our 4th line simply forgot to show up.

For the website:
Twice I year I usually just change the pages to and from the playoff version of the stats but did something different this year.

I removed the "home" button from the menu. You could always have and still can reach home any time by just clicking the logo at the top.
I added a new dropdown menu item with playoff stats. That way we can see current stats and still reference regular season stats if desired.
I did it pretty quickly so if anyone wants another page added, please PM me and I'll add it.
