The Kings get goalied and go out with a whimper. The two new guys seemed to fit in well, and that's all we really wanted to see. Team didn't play poorly, but it's good to get this kind of loss out of our system before the playoffs.

Rangers had some back luck to end the season with losing 3 straight

It's been a dream season, by far the best season in my history as a GM and I've been a losing GM for a decade or so. All I have to say to any rebuilding team is make a plan and stick to it... no matter what carrots get dangled in front of you. Buy into your plan and have the balls to see it through

Thanks all, and especially the dudes running this ranch for a second enjoyable season. The fact that I made the playoffs though I limped in, and probably made one trade too many, is disturbing. I also fully expect to die quickly, bloodily and hopefully gloriously against the Preds.

But thanks for all the efforts and a lot of fun people to interact with.
