Certainly came close at the end there.
Couple of really soft goals the difference. Not at our best defensively tonight as well. Sharks just have our number for some reason. Sucks.

Sometimes your goalie has a bad game and you lose. Way she goes.
Those first two goals were maybe the two weakest goals he’s allowed all year.

Let's be honest, this team has been inconsistent for a few weeks now.
Hopefully it's just one of those swoons that every team goes through.
But right now, they're being very Flames-like and playing down to their opponents. Tonight was not a good effort.

I tend to agree that the Flames got out to an easy lead and relaxed. They are obviously a much better team than SJ, and it showed. This loss is on the Flames, not the Sharks.

Yeah two bad goals. But you need to win the game you are presented with and with a lead in the third period the Flames had some inexcusable breakdowns.
You can’t be doing that in the playoffs.

Absolutely brutal. The first two goals were bad but that's no excuse for what happened in the third.

PDO loss, Markstrom with two awful GA and the Flames couldn’t hit the net on many good chances
That being said, Markstrom made some huge saves, so I think the team was just a little too casual. If it weren’t so classic flames I wouldn’t be concerned.
