Canes show signs of life

The Carolina Hurricanes acquired winger Ryan Strome from the Colorado Avalanche Tuesday night. Strome totalled 16 goals for 33 points for the Avalanche and will be joining Jean-Gabriel Pageau and Mats Zuccarello to solidify the Cane's second unit

Marcus Johansson heads to Caloedao in return. Johansson had a tough time fitting in with Carolina and had melted his play into the fourth line. In 76 games Johansson tottled 7 goals and 10 assists. Joining Johansson is Canes ECHL prospect defender Ben Roger and the LA kings 2nd round pick in the 2021 draft

For anyone interested, Stromeis available. We just wanted to make a trade and the Canes still think that Strome of a goof. Unless we are stock with him after the deadline... then he was the guy we were targeting all the time and think he's real swell!
