When the Aves finally decide to get a high end goalie, I don’t see anyone competing with them. Just imagine if they grabbed Markstrom

Unless Makar gets a very long term injury or his play falls off a cliff I really have no idea how he won't win the Norris this year. He's on another level.

I appreciate his talent and your comment, but Hedman, Josi, Fox, Ekblad, and Carlson still all exist. He's not head and shoulders above any of them. I would argue that it's Hedman's or Ekblad's to lose, but I could be wrong.

Sure, I'm going off from what I've seen this season, I admit I haven't seen every game those others have played. Makar has missed a bunch of games this season and still ranks near the top of a lot of categories. When I watch him play he just looks more dominant than those others. IMO of course.
