This is really only an issue for Staples Center, United Center and MSG.

Not even the United Center: https://www.unitedcenter.com/events/february2022/

10 open dates during the Olympic break.

Likely the league and the PA discussing how best to do it. Joint statement or the league going alone.

I was wondering that as well. Maybe Strickland knows something we don't at this point.

I'm sure the league is securing available dates in buildings, but that in itself isn't proof of anything final

The 22nd through to the 25th.

Yeah...I'm sure that 3 to 5 days ought to solve it.

Would you prefer 3 to 5 months?

Or maybe is will be the player's choice to go to the Olympics or to play for their club. It would sure make things interesting.

What I prefer is pretty irrelevant, but for the record, I'd prefer a meaningful amount of time that is going to actually accomplish something as opposed to what effectively amounts to a long-weekend and we're just right back where we started a few weeks down the road.

What’s practice for the Oilers? Sitting on the bench watching mavi and ratsaddle go for a twirl?
