Default How many Flames games do you watch in a season?

You used to get 25-30 on TV in the 90s, then later about 50, now all 82 are on TV.

I get FOMO missing one game now.

I usually catch about 70-75.

How many do you guys watch/miss in a given year?

I would say roughly 75. I watch most games on PVR delay and if I couldn’t do that I would miss significantly more. I am guessing I start tonight’s game around 8:30

I used to either watch or listen to all the games on TV or the radio.

Now with four young boys, I watch as many as I can. It's still about 70-75 games per year but those early ones (5 or 6pm starts) are rarely watched from beginning to end

I love the California games. I can put the kids to bed and watch the entire game by myself in silence

80 games-ish usually. If I do miss a game live, will tend to watch it on the PVR. Usually miss the new year’s eve game though, since there is usually something else happening.

I like to watch using PVR as well, that way I can use the skip forward 30s function for between whistles and commercial breaks/intermission stuff.

I watch about 60-70 a season..

I get to go to about 10-12 games per season and then try watching every Flames game I can on TV. With holidays and weekend stuff I still miss a few games here and there. So, about 75 in total, I'd guess.

All of them.

Usually it's 2-5 am here in Finland, when NHL-games start, but thankfully I can see all the games before or after work without knowing the result, so I don't have to wake up early. I've been doing this for at least ten years in a row, and in future I must plan my first trip to the Dome.

I'm aiming for a minimum of 98 of them this year.

I don't watch any, just follow scores and watch highlights. I don't think I've watched a complete game in 5 years.

In pre-COVID times, I would physically go to 2-4/season with my dad, once with my wife, and between 0-3 times with a friend.

If I remember that they are on (Much love to the GDT threads as reminders!) I will usually put them on in the background. I will catch a decent majority of them, but because of work, I tend to miss at least 1/3 of the season.

All 82.

Plus whenever I attend Flames games (15 a season), I have a little ritual where if they win, I'll grab myself a slurpee post-game, go home, and re-watch the game in full. Gives me a little excuse to get lots of sugar in me haha

Hoping to do that tonight, actually
