The OOT game of the night is the Leafs-Lightning match, a potential first round playoff series. It is also the first game of the Hometown hockey doubleheader prior to the Flames game. Engvall and Kucherov have scored, 1-1 after twenty minutes.

The Leafs, Lightning, and Bruins are stumbling along with no urgency as 2 of these are going to play each other in round 1. Marner and Matthews put on quite the offensive show in Tampa Bay. The Bruins and BJs were both terrific on the PK as each team was 5/5 which meant they both sucked on the PP. DeBrusk had 2 goals including the GWG. Merzlikins made 34 saves in the loss.

It was 0-0 after the 1st period and then the Blues scored 4 goals in the 2nd period on the way to their win. Tarasenko with 2 goals and Buchnevich had 3 points. The Blues are now 6 points up on the Knights.
