Ceci was terrible in Toronto and Ottawa, but I heard he was at least pretty decent last year in Pittsburgh. Don't know if the stats back that up.

The Oilers originally tried to trade Hall for Ceci but it wasn't cleared by Ottawa ownership in time. With Larsson leaving they're obviously bringing in Ceci so they can pretend they didn't lose Hall for nothing. Was all part of the plan to get their original target. Oilering!
