Maybe but I think many here are over looking the probabilty that Francis values cap space as much or more than many of the players available.

Looks to me like he is going to select as good a team as he can in that 50M range that was his minimum and then leveraging the 30M into some even better players at the draft in trades.

If a side deal was made, it would be for Seattle to take Voracek. or JVR. or Ghost.

Seattle must really want to save their cap space. JVR at 2 x 7M is a good contract -- seems like they are spiting themselves (and Philly) by not taking him.
