They're going to be doing a lot of player personnel work over in Abbotsford apparently. Obviously there is going to be a lot of accusations of this being done to placate the fan base and that their role is going to be mostly ceremonial and figureheadish. And I don't mean that accusation will be made here, but in local market.

I don't know what to think. Much like Linden's hiring this is being done to distract from the fact Franceso Aquilini is currently one of the worst owners in the NHL in regards to how heavy he involves himself. And much like Linden, I expect the twins will want to be more than figureheads. Expect this to lead to their firing via twitter in a few years if they're not just yes men.

While the Flames have had more than their share of Sutters, I can say Ron and Rich were able to secure post-playing roles without their "Bro-Bro" in tow.

The Sedins are creepy. Like alien mutants of some sort.
