Congratulations to Juuso! After a couple of crazy years for him playing 3 different teams in 3 different leagues and 3 different countries, a couple of major injuries, a couple of coaching changes, and living in a bubble then a slightly larger bubble he's about to start a couple of years with massively improved stability. One coach. One city. And apparently love and companionship!

He wants to play at the level of Heiskanen and isn't there, but there is no doubt that his development has run into multiple obstacles that were outside of his control. I'm really looking forward to seeing him play through the opportunity ahead of him. Hopefully his engagement is just the beginning of things starting to fall in his favor.

I wish him all the best but I know I started deteriorating badly after getting engaged.

I know this ain't serious but Gaudreau had a crappy season until Sutter came (and then after a week or two). I'm sure she's a great gal but I doubt she had much to do with it.

And Monahan's season before he got engaged was crappy.
