That Gio/Lindholm giveaway where Gio was standing still for like 10 seconds, only to whip it up the ice for Lindholm to mishandle it and turn the puck over…that play perfectly summed up the 2021 Calgary Flames play. Slow, and lacking execution.

One thing we know for sure - Phillips is bad at hockey. Sutter will have him stapled to the bench by the 3rd period.

This is an old habits retro show. Gaudreau had a button hook ATB the clue line right into a turnover, shots being blocked.

Yep, they have shown some chemistry.

Keep in mind, these games have the intensity of a mixed softball game.

Would be great to see how they perform in the big boys games that were played last night.

Is this the most meaningless regular season game played in NHL history?

* No effect on standings for either team
* Playoffs have already started
* Played on a Wednesday afternoon
* No fans
