Any kind of win by the Avalanche and they take first place in the West division and play the Blues. It is scoreless right now.

The Wild had a 3-0 lead heading into the 2nd period and seemed to quit playing after that. The Blues scored 7 straight goals and went 3/4 on the PP in this meaningless game.

The Avs embarrassed the Kings again and out shot them 43-22. The Avs used a rookie in net, Jonas Johansson, to win the President's trophy. The Kings just wanted to go home for the summer.
