Realistically, if we play the same game as we did vs Edmonton but actually score on our chances while not allowing every chance against to go in... we have a shot!
I imagine Rittich starts this game both because of Markstrom's last game but also Rittich's 2 phenomenal games in Toronto a couple weeks ago.

PTSD Flames Homer does not belong on a Sutter Flames GDT.
Yeah, everything that could go wrong did last game but we're still on an upward (no pun) trajectory. In Sutter we trust!
I think there is genuine competition right now between the Mony/Johnny line and the Tkachuk/Lindholm line to see which one establishes itself as the true #1 line from an offensive perspective. I think that’s why you generally are seeing 13 to 16 mins played by the top forwards on our team right now over the first 4 games of the new Sutter era. Pretty exciting time to be a Flames fan right now honestly, we have a coach who’s clear and cut goal is another cup and he’s stated how he didn’t have to take another job he picked this one because he sees the merit in it. As hard as it’s been to find the patience through the coaching carousel that has been the past 5 seasons I think we as fans will have to find just a bit more for Sutter here as he finally takes on the test I think he can succeed at writing the ship with this core and getting them to play to their potential. Sit back and enjoy the ride!!
