Depends on a lot on who your market for sale is. If it's a non-luxury condo, I'd probably just go prefab. The quality of that stuff has improved immensely lately. If you want to sell higher end, you're going to need higher end and trendier stuff. What's the likely purpose of the condo once it's sold, rental, senior living, families, etc...?
I'm all for quality, but IMO people spend far too much on kitchens and bathrooms. They are going to look outdated in 15 years no matter what you do. So unless you're going for some kind of classic highest end design, you're better off just getting the pre-fab.
