I imagine you frequent a ton of local, smaller to medium shows in Calgary. Do you ever wonder if people look at you and are like "Oh hey it's Doc Martin, Leather guy"?

I always wonder if I'm known around the neighbourhood, rink, whatever as Dickies guy. Or is my "look" so background that it doesn't register?

			Blue puffy, jeans, skate shoes.
Even made a lego minifig to match and anybody who knows me laughs and knows it's supposed to be me.

you probably don't register. I wouldn't have a clue what anyone's jacket is unless I was close to them and there was a giant label. same with shoes.
I could see you everyday and not have a clue what you wear on your feet.

Jeans, t-shirt, and a hoodie. Work was jeans, a dress shirt, and decent shoes. With WFH my uniforms have merged into the first one.

Dickies shorts in the summer, skate shoes, ankle socks and t-shirts. I've made a bunch of my own logos that incorporates my last name and I iron them onto Denver Hayes Large Tall shirts. Other t-shirts use the name and logo of my sports team I'm on with my friends. Also ironed on. We don't actually play any sports, but we get team discounts when we go out drinking, so that's pretty cool.
Winter is the same as above, but jeans instead of shorts, argyle socks instead of ankle socks, and I wear a Burton hoodie or jacket over the T-shirt. I have a ton of Burton tops. Plaid, hoodies, collared layers, a wool lined zip-up sweater I've kept in amazing condition since the mid-90s (only comes out on special occasions), etc.

Top it all off with a flat-brim hat or toque.

I get checked out by chicks zero times per year.

Grey Blundstone boots, neutral toned T-shirt or sweater, a dark pair of Nudie Jeans or Levi's, baseball hat, plus a Patagonia jacket of some type.
Should have just said I look like every single other white dude in Vancouver.

I used to dress like an un-sponsored skateboarder. At work casual jeans, dessert boots, plaid-ish shirt guy that has some sport coats in his armoire if he has to.
Covid times, I dress like a baseball bullpen coach.

when it's warm either a polo or a tee shirt

At any given time, at least half my clothing is from costco. I have to be careful about big crowds so I dont end up wearing the same thing as a half dozen other guys.

When I was pouring my sidewalk I had a couple construction friends over. We realized we all had Urban Star jeans on. Truly the pant of the working man.
