- Poor first six minutes but both teams settle down from there
- Not a lot of passion in the game
- Bennett benched for the third at -2
- Rittich solid overall, can't be faulted for either goal

Backlund was good overall, the Oil big 2 did nothing
Tkachuk tried the between the legs thing multiple times, I’m sure next time it will work
Rittich was the same goalie that made the all star game
Team is still skating headlong in to traps and made Edmonton look solid defensively
Geoff Ward is a bloody moron, has trouble processing the things he sees on the ice and respondding appropriately, and pretty much has to go

We might see this one a little differently. Oilers are a bad team defensively and that start by the Flames was bad IMO. Generated nothing for the first half of the period.
Both goals against the Flames were due to poor defensive coverage. Forwards and defenseman could be blamed. Basic D principles out the window, and they looked lost. Poolparty open with 3 guys standing around him. Hanafin doesn’t need to take out our goalie

Reason: Spelled Hanafin wrong
