Habs meet a new Cozen, Jack runs wild
The Jack Eichel Era in Montreal has come to an end.
After multiple talks with numerous teams the Habs were close to pulling the trigger numerous times before agreeing to send the star center to the West leading Minnesota Wild.

I am a big fan of Chabot, and watching Ottawa play it is clear that he is the straw that stirs the drink there. Playing 25 mins a night on a poor team and still having decent defensive numbers is a solid accomplishment. Cozens may be my favorite prospect in hockey. I like his story and loved the way he played at the World Juniors. I don't think anything needs to be said about Eichel, he is a beauty and I wish we could have won with him.
It will will be interesting to see how this plays out this season in Minny.
There are a couple more deals that should happen in the next day or so that will weaken our on ice team this season,
