Eichel being out threw our lines off and Price was brutal in the the second half of the B2B.
Need to decide if we will ride out status quo or make a few more tweaks.

We expected a tight game and we got one. Going in we knew Jake Allen was one of the best statistical goalies in the game.
Bergeron and the top line continue to match up well vs the other teams Top line and our 2nd line of Tavaras/Mackinnon/Laughton continue to produce.
Sharks now in 6th and still have game sin hand on every team around us; we are in a great spot.
3 Stars
1 - Kris Letang (SAN)
2 - John Tavares (SAN)
3 - Luke Kunin (LAK)
Edit: Not sure what happened but MAF played and is now very tired...I don't think we are going to get to see the MAF / Bernier showdown tomorrow I had hoped for!.

Team is struggling for the first time in a while - having Jones, Gus and Stastny out hurts. Particularly Jones who plays big minutes for us.

Holy crap. We just got Yandle back and now Ekholm is injured for 3 weeks. No wonder we gave up 37 shots and lost to the Islanders. Barf.
Our back end has been brutalized by injuries this year and we now face 1 full week without 2 of our top D. Should be fun.
Also, from the game notes...

Shot by Leo Komarov. Shot Blocked by Mattias Ekholm. Mattias Ekholm from Philadelphia Flyers is injured at 15:04 of 1st period (Head).

Injury due to blocking the shot with his head. What a warrior.

Stupid Sharks with Stupid Lehner winning stupid games, last night's results were devastating as I dropped two points back of Stupid Nasville, but I have two stupid games in hand.

That's it, setting to goon. Turns out that MAF kicked the team mascot, a blind puppy named Blue on the way out the door, this one is personal pal.

Good game by Hammond yet again, but we now lose McDonagh for 3 months (so basically the season)

That loss dropped me out of a playoff spot, with St. Louis and Chicago breathing down my neck. The new top line didn't get a shot off all game. Already have a couple of 'might as well call it a season' emails in the inbox. Sheesh.
Just saw that I play tonight, so maybe tomorrow will be decision time.

Honestly, it’s probably a good thing. But watch us continue winning. 🙁
