Just wondering if anyone still plays online? If so, any suggestions on good servers to play on? The constant kick votes can be grating on the EA Servers.

I'll probably play later when I buy the game and have a bit more money..

Heh, I'm addicted to the CTF mode of BF1942..

rnp.ca servers are good, as are the nvidia servers (last time I played anyway).. usually clan servers are light years better than the EA servers (I just avoid those).

Thanks pho. I've seen the nvidia servers but never tried them out.

And Johnny, I used GameSpy before, I was wondering if anyone knows any specific servers.

By the way, the Galactic Conquest Mod is pretty cool. Though it's going to be obsolete when Star Wars Battlefront comes out. Can't wait for that one. September 21.

I used to play Battlefield quite a bit, but I traded a whole bunch of my old games at EB.. Battlefield was one of them.

I agree, Battlefront is going to be excellent! I've got it preordered.

Battlefield 1942 was a good game visually, but I absolutely despise CTF, and that is all that game is. Variationn on CTF.

Playing Soldier of Fortune II again until Halflife 2 comes out.

Have you tried Call of Duty Snake? Not CTF and much more intense then BF.
