Isles acquire Silfverberg

The New York Islanders have acquired forward Jakob Silfverberg and prospect Henri Nikkanen from the Edmonton Oilers in exchange for prospects Nikola Pasic and Eric Robinson. As part of the deal, the Islanders send the Oilers a 2021 third and a 2022 second, the latter of which was previously acquired by the Islanders from Edmonton.

Silfverberg is a good forward with a cheap salary. We're happy to add him to the fold.

We still really need to shed some cap. But that will happen in due time. For now, here's our roster.

Pasting my message from the minor trade thread:

Silfverberg and Nikkanen to Isles for Pasic, Robinson, 21 3rd, and I no longer have to send the Isles a 22 2nd.

So essentially Silfverberg for a 2nd, 3rd, Pasic and Robinson. Think it's good value for the Isles but given my contract situation and for some reason the lowballing market he needed to go and I don't think I could've gotten more for him.
