Solid home effort outside of a lack of discipline in the 3rd period with the three bad penalties that put the Flames on their heels. Rittich with a solid start to the season.

Rittich reminds me so much of Kiprusoff. He’s not as athletic, but his calm and steady demeanour, his rebound control, his quick responsiveness to shots, his timing.
Please hockey gods, let him be the next Kipper for us.
