Default April 2 with ten games.

It is a busy Tuesday OOT with no dud games. Each game involves a team that will affect the playoff race and standings. This will be great to watch!

You never cheer for the Oilers to win, you cheer for the Aves to lose.

Clinching scenarios.

The Blackhawks and Wild can be eliminated from the playoff race if the Avalanche win in any fashion.

The Edmonton media has sure been pushing this "Connor McDavid is a winner" narrative hard.

So I start off cheering for the Oilers (I know, I know) because I want the Coyotes to make it since I can probably go catch a game or 2 in Phoenix.

But then once the Oilers score a couple, I can’t help but think that if the Avs are so bad that the Oilers are beating them, then I’d rather have the Flames play them instead of the Yotes.

I’m loving the matchup with the Avs or the Yotes

Yep. Trying to divert the attention away from the fact they suck.

Oilers win = lowering chance of winning lottery

Give it time. The Oilers can still screw this up.

It’s not Grubauer though.

Still prefer the Yotes

This Oilers vs Avs game is making me feel more confident about the Flames playing them in the first round.

Now the Oilers are eliminated it's best they win out. I was playing around with that simulator and they moved up way too many times for my liking.

Jets down 4-1 to Minny.
Nashville wins, now tied in points for the top spot.

Are the Jets going to lose the division? They are gonna lose tonight and then have Col and Ari. Both teams desperately playing for a playoff spot.

Stl and Nsh have games vs Chi and Van and Stl has one more vs Philly. Winnipeg could still lose home ice. This is a tight race.

Colorado doesn't look that desperate tonight.
