I am sort of annoyed by the premise of this thread but I'll concede it's a funny stat and did get me thinking. With the number of goons that have floated in and out of the league, I wouldn't be surprised if the league totals are greater for losing teeth vs. goals. A lot of errant sticks to make up for Gretzky's damage

I do wonder how many players a year lose more teeth than score goals though.
