How to add more emotion to the NHL and prepare for a 32 team league

I doubt anyone remembers I covered the Flames and Stampeders for Pro Sports Blogging almost a decade ago. Since then I have in the past 6 months suffered a seizure, then brain surgery, stroke, and most recently a heart attack four weeks ago. I don't have much better to do right now so I started up my own webpage/blog as a sort of therapy in healing.


This is my first blog in 8 years talking about adding a little hate to the NHL and proposing a playoff format once Seattle joins the league. Hope you enjoy!

And I agree, there just isnt enough hate in the game anymore, but there is little that can be done about any more IMO.

Much appreciated Transplant! Biggest thing is I'm still standing. Will take a few years of rehab to get where I was if ever but it could be a lot worse

Glad you made it through man, condolences on a tough half year, good luck on the journey back, hopefully the flames have a nice long competitive window ahead to give you lots of pleasant distraction on the road there!
