Anyone watching the Wild and Canucks game? I was only half paying attention, but I'm pretty sure they delayed the game and went to Toronto to review a high stick to see if it should be a penalty. Since when can they do that?

Apparently reviewed to get the perpetrator correct. The call was made, they just didn't know which player was guilty of the infraction.
I know, doesn't sound that legit

The "other" Elias scores. Nice one timer but really, the goalie didn't anticipate and move fast enough at all.

I hope the Canucks win so that the Wild go into Edmonton tomorrow pissed off.
(another tired playing the Oilers, what's going on with this scheduling?)

The stupid fan960 guys always complain that its not a factor and it all evens out...when the reality is, it doesn't (they obviously don't bother checking)
2 of the last 3 season Oilers have had the most teams on the second half of back to backs in the entire league.
30 and 31 teams and they have the most two of three season...come on now

The Canucks lead 3-1 in the late stages of the second period.

3-2 at the end of the second. The Canucks begin the third period on a powerplay.

I was assuming the Oilers and Canucks would suck this season.
Thankfully, there's ton of it left.

I don't mind Vancouver beating Minnie. I view Minnie as more of a threat by the end of the year.

Both of them struggle mightily to score goals. The Canucks are #26 in goals per game, and apart from Pettersen and Horvat there is not a single player with more than 6 points. The Oilers are the worst 5v5 scoring team in the entire League.

tough to judge cause they only had a healthy team for like 3 games this season.
when healthy they were scoring at a 3 goal per game rate.

Granlund with a goal, 6 shots and tons of ice time for the Nucks. Is Sven hurt again?
