It is unfortunate that Valimaki looks to be the odd man out now but I suppose having too much quality depth is never a bad thing.

I'd say stone is more so the one out.

I really hope the flames look at trading brodie/hamonic + a forward for a centerman

I think it’s more likely somebody on the right side that’s out. Unless they move Brodie to the left and off the top pairing Valimaki seems locked in as the number 6 on the left

Valimaki definitely looked like a rookie last game. A couple panicky mistakes that he hadn’t shown prior. That’s why rookies need breaks, I think he’ll sit next game.

But he will be right back into the lineup in a game or two.

At this point prout has a 1% chance of suiting up as long as they carry 8 dmen

Honestly, Brodie should be the odd one out.

I doubt it. The Flames don't have much Defensive depth. Another injury is inevitable. Valiamki and Andersson will likely split the rest of the season until another injury occurs.

Why send down Peluso? You'd think he'd have a better chance at slotting in on the 4th line than Prout getting in a game on our stacked blueline

I don't think it's a bad thing for Valimaki to get a game off.

He's a rookie and last year played 65 games (including playoffs) in the WHL. Taking the step to 82 NHL games is enormous.

Obviously because Brodie for Nylander is imminent

Peluso doesn't need waivers as he still has time left from when he last cleared waivers. Prout does.

Given that Kylington might be the only NHL viable defenceman in Stockton right now, from an asset management perspective it is easier to send down Peluso.

Glad Travis is back. His give a #### meter is higher than most and this team needs so desperately to give a #### right now.

Hope Sid doesn’t make our defence look like what he did to the oil the other night.......those dumb poor bastards are still looking for their jockstraps on the ice.

Man that was a thing of beauty.

Are we allowed to carry only 22 players? Send Prout down too (assuming he clears). That way we can bank some cap space for the trade deadline. Is that allowed?
