Nothing fun about that video. That's garbage hockey IMO. There's playing an honest hard game and that's none of it.
I like his 20+ goals per season and what he can provide for our offense. Hopefully we don't have to deal with this kind of stuff while he's a Flame. You can get under players skin without injuring them with cheap shots.

I think Neal has cleaned up his game as he has gotten older, I don't remember seeing anything dirty while he was in a Knight's jersey.
That hit on Seguin is beautiful. This team needs more of an edge and willingness to compete. There are a few examples in that video that are just solid hits.
I expected more Vegas stuff, but the Vegas play was probably the cleanest of the bunch. Older Neal was an arse turned up to 11. He seems to have dialed it back a bit.

I sure hope so because that video had a lot of garbage plays.
The worst was when he skated into the guy's head who was already laying on the ice.
The Seguin hit I also have no problem with.

The Sequin hit looked awesome. From Sequin's reaction, it looked like Neal may have got him in the face a little, but hard to tell from the footage. Either way, Neal cleared him from the front of the net like a boss.

I'm not trolling. I like a little bit of nastiness as long as that's not the only thing the player is about. As a season ticket holder I can't begin to tell you how frustrating it is to watch lifeless home games time after time last year.
Why a thread showcasing boneheaded plays of one of our players on opening day? Come on guys, it’s finally hockey season! Let’s go into this one on a good note!
