Preseason: Sharks @ Flames. 7pm MT. calgaryflames.com stream
No TV broadcast on the Sharks or Flames side. Flames will be streaming the game with regional broadcast restrictions.

The D group, Lindholm and Smith played last night so I doubt they will go back to back. They seem to be switching between d starters one night and forward starters another night.

Everyone keeps preaching patience with this kid, however I just don't see it.
I'm willing to eat crow if he bursts out eventually, but I feel he has bust written all over him regarding draft position. I think he tops out as a 3rd line winger in the NHL. And I'm not even afraid to say it.

Wow Sharks really throwing their big guns out there. I am about ready for pre season to end. It is very hard to make conclusions about player's performances IMO, as you never really know if the competition is AHL quality, or vets that are just half assing it.

I would say the first game we will really be able to judge is on Thursday in San Jose.

Ugh what a world it would be to have a Nylander or Ehlers on this team. I guess we shouldn't complain with where we drafted Gaudreau, Monahan, and Tkachuk though. Every team has misses.

Pretty sure Phillips won't be making the team.. Definitely needs some AHL time, maybe one day though.
