A Calgary Flames Countdown to Opening Night -- in Jersey Numbers
Hi, so I'm really bored by everything going on in the summer and, as a jobless student, I have a ton of free time. So, I've put together a collection of graphics, one for each day remaining until opening night. (That "one" figure might grow to multiple as opening night nears and we start getting into more common jersey numbers.)
Right now, we're at 69 days until opening night, but my trigger finger is a touch itchy. So with that being said, let's begin the countdown.
Edit: I'm usually a pretty good speller but I've made a lot of these things and I can't reliably verify that they're all perfect, as much as I'd like them to be. If you notice an error, point it out -- it doesn't really matter, I can fix it very quickly. Thanks!

Quick question: are you jobless because of your class schedule, independently wealthy, or for some other reason?
Just curious...
I'm jobless because I'm going into university and I live with my parents for the time being. It has nothing to do with qualifications or familial wealth or anything -- I just don't see the need for a summer job when, in all likelihood, I'll start working down east during the school year and then in the subsequent summers. Would it be a good idea to work now? I'm sure it wouldn't be a bad one. But honestly, in the summer before my first year, I'd rather just hang out with my friends and actually have spare time to burn before being worked to death at journalism school.
Also, in case my previous coy response didn't do it -- Sam Bennett will be the entry for "63 Days Left." Unless I get real crazy and add in some Warren Peters action.

If you have the ability to, enjoy your summer with your friends. Once you’re done school, the grind of life and being independent starts lol

The right call. Enjoy every single second of the free summer. Every single second, because before you know it you'll have a career, property, a partner and maybe kids and a dog or if you don't all of your friends will.
