I think you are supposed to refer to it as "Lake" Bonavista. Large ponds are not lakes.

It really is a great ranking. I mean the last two on the list are Penbrooke Meadows in 184th and then Bel-Air at 185. I don't know if you could have two more differing communities ranked second last and last.

Avenue sure has figured out the key to driving traffic to their website. They just have to continuously change rankings and/or methodology of rankings of communities so people get up in arms. For example:
Forest Lawn:
2017 Ranking - 33rd
2018 Ranking - 116th
Willow Park:
2017 Ranking - 21st
2018 Ranking - 83rd
