I think saying stuff like that in a media scrum is pretty lame. Say it to his face behind closed doors, don't make him look bad like that. Trying to show someone up like that isn't a good look.

Isn't former Flames goalie coach David Marcoux the current goalie coach for Carolina? I think I recall an interview with Kevin Woodley that stated Marcoux was trying to chance Lack's style and obviously it isn't working.

Perhaps the behind the door conversations with the player have had zero effect on the player. This was the coaches next option.
