Default April 4, just three games.

The final Wednesday OOT has three genuine rivalries.

1730h Senators at Sabres on Sportsnet One and Sportsnet 360 who cares!

1800h Blackhawks at Blues on NBCSN and in Canada on TVA Sports in French and Centre Ice must win for St. Louis

2000h Wild at Ducks on Sportsnet One and Sportsnet 360, this is the OOT game of the night

Oh man, the Blues blow a two-goal lead and let in the Blackhawks' winner with 8.5 seconds left in regulation!

Per Sports Club Stats, that goal knocked the Blues from either 58% (SOW) or 63.5% (ROW) all the way down to 35%. Massive swing.

Almost all the goals in the game should have been stopped, this loss was on Allen.

Chris Butler was in the lineup for the Blues tonight as Bouw and Gunnerson are both out...poor Blues.

Allen looks shaky even when he makes a save.

Gonna have to win in Chicago on Friday and hope the Sharks take care of business at home tomorrow night.

Kings clinch with 96 points...interesting that was the number I thought it would take all along

96 is the magic number just about every season. 12 points every 10 games (with 2 extra games to spare) and you are in. Its just as Snek says. Its why you can predict with accuracy who's not going to make it even by mid December. Its also why those who always say 'look we are only a few points out of a wildcard' or whatever ... are proven wrong almost every season. You fall too far off the 12 in 10 pace, and you are done.

EVERY TEAM in the west that had a shot at the playoffs over the last month stepped up things big time except the Flames.

And now LA and ANA have clinched. One spot left for either STL or COL.

Four teams from the Pacific in and not one named the Flames. What an embarrassing disaster.

Especially with Ana and LA asleep at the wheel until the stretch drive.

Except LA still has some games left, no guarantee Calgary would have gotten in with 96 points.

If Colorado wins their last two games, and LA gets 1 point in their last 2 games, Calgary would have needed 98 points to make the playoffs.

LA gets in with 96 points, because they are guaranteed the tie breaker with St Louis.
