What a broken team.
Sad, sad state we're in right now.
The Flames just need to throw this system in the trash and play run and gun the rest of the year. At least then we could see some goals and entertainment to end the season.

I know they blew it long ago but it's really unfortunate the team ice forced to ice a roster like this.
They put in the effort...just not enough talent

Pretty hilarious about the guy in the GDT who was so excited to see this, first NHL game, first game ever in Canada, so jacked.
Then comes the end of the GT, and he is a depressed puddle of bored, indicating it was one of the worst games he's ever witnessed and he left early.
Incredible how the Flames could break the spirits of anybody right now. I've never seen such futility from the team in all my years.
Kind of amusing in a masochistic kinda way. Like if they're going to be bad..... I mean is it not kind of funny just HOW bad they've been?

Oh I think the coach or players argument can be put to bed. There’s plenty of blame to go around and no one is exempt. Without 23, 19, and 13 this is a team full of mediocre 3rd liners at best. Quite a collapse down the stretch run of the season. Downright impressive.

Need a GM who can build a team that could ice something better than that after 4 years at the helm. Real sad collection, at least we can reload in the draft.
