Flames played a heavy game so at least LA didn't get freebee points.

The darkest timeline is becoming reality. At this rate, I am going to lose my who’s team will get more points beer bet to my Oilers buddy...

Who needs goals? With 3 in 5 games, the answer is not the Flames!

Does anyone remember when the last time the PP scored? Seems like ages ago.

They weren’t as bad as the scoreboard says... except when they were. Not sure what I was expecting.

Good to see a few guys actually play hard. Disappointed in most of the usual suspects. I will say that after Bennett stopped taking penalties he played a good third and had some good chemistry with lazar

Could they become the flames bad news bears next year? Or some other redemption story?

Really like the way Rasmus Anderson has been playing. Hopefully the Flames make a trade to make a spot for him on defence.

They were even 5 on 5...with 4 top players out

I don't think the Flames got many bounces this year. Law of averages would say one of their million shots towards the net would bounce off something and go in the net. Seems to happen against them every other game, which doesn't help an already demoralized team.

Smith’s stats starting to look similar to Elliott’s last year. Not saying this season is his fault, but it does challenge the narrative from the past couple of off-seasons that goaltending was the problem. The problems are much deeper.

A complete and total collapse by this team over the past month. Everyone in the organization should be ashamed.

I'm a fan that learned over the years to not get too emotionally invested in the team. With all the injuries now it's unlikely we would have won a series had we made the playoffs.

There is a part of me that enjoys watching callups like Anderson to how they fare at the NHL level.

Is Sam “one of the usual suspects”? He was (in)directly responsible for 2 goals against tonight.

In the last 15 games, including tonight, Bennett has a goal and two assists and is minus 7.

Brouwer has three goals and two assists and is even.

Bennett has played more minutes than Brouwer over that timeframe.
