Default European fans! Ordering Flames souvenirs

Since I´m going to catch most of the games this season, and most of them start at about 4 in the morning here i Sweden, I plan to order a coffee mug to keep me up.

However, when looking at nhl.com, fanatics, etc, the shipping cost will exceed the cost of the mug itself, by far, landing from between 25-30 USD! Do any of the europeans here have any recommendations (cant find anything good on ebay, amazon.)? for ordering Flames related stuff?

This is a long ways away but I have a friend coming over from Austria to play hockey with us Dec 1-3. If you still haven't figured it out by then maybe I can get the coffee mug back with him and he can ship it to you from Austria?

I used to buy stuff from overseas, but eventually gave it up because of the hassle (shipping costs, long wait, need a credit card etc). Since then I've bought most of the stuff on Amazon (mostly sweatshirts/hoodies and t-shirts). There's also German online shops that specifically focus on importing and selling NHL/NFL/NBA stuff in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Maybe there's shops like that in Sweden too?

Sadly, most such sites in Sweden only have the jersey, some t-shirts and hats. Flames just isn´t that popular in Sweden ...

I think your best option here is to move to a different country

Last time I bought Flames stuff I used http://www.flamesport.com/store/

Shipping was relatively cheap, but it took a full 2 months before it was in Holland.
Plus taxes were not included so I had to pay an extra 20+% at the door.

I think it's way to complicated to order merchandise if you don't live in North America.

yeah, I just checked the German stores I know and it's mostly just hats, shirts, hoodies and McFarlane figurines too. No mugs or other cool stuff sadly.

I'd suggest eBay or Amazon and order from Asia. It takes longer for shipping but is usually very cheap

I'd be very careful with that. A few months ago, I ordered some music and sports merch from Asia via Amazon marketplace and it never arrived. Luckily I got a whole refund from Amazon, but I imagine that might not always be the case when you buy stuff on ebay etc.

Go to a pottery painting store and paint one yourself? You can customize it... "Fredrik loves the Flames!"

It's not a huge deal and I'd be happy to do it. Also I can move the time line up a bit. I have a friend from the UK coming to play hockey with us in a Phoenix tourney Nov 3-5. It's simply me getting the coffee cup to Phoenix.

Fredrik, you are just going to buy a Flames coffee mug? You know you want a Jagr jersey!
