Seriously, How blitzed can you be, still be able to drive, and not notice that the guy next to you no longer has a head and is jetting blood like a fountain from the bloody stump that was his head?
The family of the deceased doesn't want to press charges, apparently they were all close friends. I'd be surprised if this guy sees jail time at all... Extended Probation I would guess...
