I recommend going to Chinatown and getting a duck there. It'll be about $15, they'll cut it in under 2 minutes, and it will taste better than a home version.

Added bonus for Fargo fans, he worked on the set as an advisor and provided a lot of the meat/equipment for the show.

You can by whole pre-roasted duck from a lot of Chinese BBQ places if you can't find something you like in time or you don't want to hassle yourself.

Delicious!
Actually pretty much everything there is delicious. I also recommend the bison sausage with garlic and ginger and the wild boar chorizo!!

Steaks are awesome.

Also the steak rub is very nice too.

The beef bones they give you make the most amazing beef stock.

I can go on but I'm just making myself hungry.

Don't assume it's going to taste just like Turkey or Chicken as it resembles the dark meat of those birds but richer. Some people love it but it's not for everyone. Also it takes a long time to cook properly compared to a chicken so make sure you get some good directions. May be best going with the above posters advice if you aren't experienced at cooking it.

A roast duck sucks.

The breast needs to be cooked med rare with the fat rendered and the legs to a higher temperature to break up the stringy parts. So even if you buy a whole duck breaking into breasts and legs for two meals is better, render all the excess fat, and make the bones into broth.

Why can't I get just one duck
I guess it got something to do with luck
But I waited my whole life for just one

Unsure about meat... but there's some Chinese restaurants that serve shark fin soup if you want that? Some even have "replacement shark fin" options if you're against the whole shark fin thing.

I honestly have trouble determining the difference between the two. The replacement option is supposedly a type of noodle or something.

EDIT:

http://www.cityfish.ca/FrozenFish.htm

City fish in the NE apparently offers 6oz shark steaks, but you might want to contact them about availability.
